The pork your grandparents grew up on — raised right here in Manitoba.
Half Hog — Outdoor-Raised Pork $3.50/lb on hanging weight
Couldn't load pickup availability
There's a reason people who grew up on farms talk about pork the way they do. The flavor. The fat. The way it actually tastes like something. If you've only ever bought pork from a grocery store, you might not even know what you've been missing — but once you try the real thing, you'll understand.
Our pigs spend their days outdoors, rooting around in the dirt the way pigs were meant to. They're raised slowly, on pasture, without the shortcuts that come with confinement farming. That means more flavor in every cut, better fat quality, and meat that holds up beautifully whether you're slow-roasting a shoulder or throwing chops on the grill.
A half hog gives you a freezer full of variety — bacon, chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, and more — all from one animal you can trace back to our farm. No mystery, no middlemen. Just pork raised the way it should be, by a family that takes that seriously.

Why We Raise Our Pigs the Way We Do
Our pigs will be raised outside in a pen right here on the farm, and there's a method to it that goes deeper than just raising good pork.
Pigs are incredible composters. They root, they turn, they break things down — and what they leave behind is rich, natural compost that we spread across our crops and pastures. That means instead of reaching for synthetic fertilizers, we let our pigs do the work. The land gets fed naturally, which grows better feed, which goes right back to our pigs and cattle.
It's a closed loop. Everything feeds everything else. And at the end of it, you get meat raised on a farm that's working with nature instead of against it — and you get to be part of that cycle every time you fill your freezer.

These aren't just pigs to us — they're part of how this farm works.
From the day they arrive, they're handled with care, raised with room to root and just be pigs.
That comfort shows up in the quality of the meat, and honestly, in the way we feel about the food we're putting on your table.
